A few weeks ago I started to collaborate with a digital marketing company, acting as Community Manager. But to be honest, it's not like I have a lot of experience in that type of work, so at the beginning it was really difficult to adapt and accept the rhythm of work. I thought all the time that my performance was not what the company needed, although my boss, who was a friend of mine, would not tell me, he knew it was what he was thinking. Work has different processes, one more complicated than the other, so I decided to put a lot of my energy into the more complicated one, perfect it and then understand the others.
This complicated part was nothing more than the editing and creation of web pages, but then they realized that not only was this task complicated for me, they realized that the reason was the old-fashioned editor I was using, so they decided to

as an editing program and not just me, but the whole team now works very efficiently and we increased our performance to the point that now the company has more clients.
